Members are requested to download a membership application and beneficiary form and bring it with them to the meeting along with a check for their 2010 dues. Those members who can not make the meetings should contact their regional directors and forward the same to them prior to the meeting.
If you have any questions regarding your membership please contact the treasurer directly by going to “About Us”, then “Officers” and click on the treasurer’s e-mail. Sending your request to any other officer will only delay your request.
