Congratulations to Dr. Robert Fleming for being awarded the 2013 Keystone Educator of the Year. He is a Past President of the Chapter and very active in advancing fire instruction. He serves as Chairperson of the PA Fire Service Certification Advisory Committee; mentoring fire service personnel; serves as a fire academy graduation speaker; shares his knowledge through authoring two books and instructor manuals; and supports the work of ISFSI.
