KEY Award Nominations

The KEY Award is a means of recognizing and honoring the accomplishments and dedication of Pennsylvania emergency service instructors who are members of the KCFSI.  Recipients of the annual award serve as the representatives of the Keystone Chapter and the hundreds of instructors who regularly and consistently strive for excellence in training and education of the fire and emergency service personnel across this state.

A nomination for the KEY Award can be made by any KCFSI Member by simply completing this form.  The nominee must be an active member of the KCFSI.  The KCFSI Executive Board will select the finalist for the KEY Award based on the information on the applications.

The KCFSI will present this award to one person who is a current KCFSI Member in good standings at the Annual Meeting on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 10:00am at the Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology building in Pleasant Gap
